Ten years ago after being in the business for 15 years, I started to produce TOTAL COVERS out of lighter fabrics as there are now JET MATE,TRITON, AIRTEX and OMBRATEX. To connect and attach I use zippers, elastics, Tenax Buttons and Snap Fasteners. Half the weight and half the price compared to existing covers made by most of my competitors. With my experience (over 2000 covers produced ) I can guarantee that 2 people can install a TOTAL COVER for a 35 foot Sailboat after some exercise time in less then 15 minutes. So it makes sense to cover the boat even during the week and you can forget about scrubbing and cleaning. |
